For Walmart Marketplace sellers using WFS · fee table checked 27 October 2026
Is Walmart charging you WFS fees on the wrong item size?
Walmart Fulfillment Services prices each unit from its weight and measurements. If WFS has your item down as bigger or heavier than it is, every order and every month of storage costs more. Upload your fee report and your real measurements: this check works out what Walmart's own fee table says you should have paid, shows the gap per SKU, and writes the case for Seller Support. It runs in your browser; your reports never leave your device.

How Walmart works out a WFS fee
From Walmart's published WFS fee table (fulfillment fees effective April 2025, page last updated 27 May 2026):
- Shipping weight: under 1 lb, the unit weight; from 1 lb, the greater of the unit weight and the dimensional weight (length × width × height in inches ÷ 139). Add 0.25 lb for packaging and round up to the next pound.
- Standard items: $3.45 up to 1 lb, $4.95 at 2 lb, $5.45 at 3 lb, $5.75 at 4 lb plus $0.40 for each pound over 4 up to 20 lb, then $15.55 (21 to 30 lb), $14.55 (31 to 50 lb) and $17.55 (51 lb and up), each plus $0.40 per pound over the start of the band.
- Surcharges: apparel $0.50, hazardous materials $0.50, retail price under $10 $1.00, Oversize 1 $3.00, Oversize 2 $20.00 (priced from 90 lb).
- Big & bulky (over 150 lb, longest side over 108 in, or length plus girth over 165 in): $155 plus $0.80 per pound over 90 lb.
- Storage: $0.75 per cubic foot per month (length × width × height ÷ 1,728), more in October to December after 30 days and after 365 days.
So one wrong inch can move an item into a heavier band. A box measured at 18 × 14 × 10 in instead of 12 × 8 × 6 in is billed at 19 lb ($11.75) instead of 5 lb ($6.15) on every order, and takes more than four times the storage space.
Will Walmart refund the difference?
Nobody can promise that. Walmart's Seller Support reviews fee disputes case by case and decides what, if anything, to refund. This check shows where the fees you were charged don't match Walmart's own table for the measurements you give, and puts the working in one place so the case is easy to review. File soon: older charges are harder to get back.
Why is the fee for my item different from what you show?
Usually because WFS has different measurements on file, which is what this check is for. Other reasons: the fee table changed (lines billed before April 2025 are left out), the item is apparel, hazmat or under $10 and you didn't tick it, or the line is a return, removal, prep or inbound fee, which this check doesn't cover.
What proof should I attach?
For each SKU: photos of the item as packed for sale on a scale and beside a tape measure on each side, with the SKU or UPC label in shot; the manufacturer's spec sheet or carton label; and the fee lines (the CSV this page makes). Ask WFS to re-measure the item so future fees are right.
Why not use a refund service?
You can. Recovery services usually keep a share of what they get back and need access to your Seller Center. This check costs a flat fee for the full case, and you file it yourself.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Your reports and measurements are read in your browser and stay on your device.
Is this Walmart's tool?
No. DisputeKit isn't connected to Walmart. The fee table comes from Walmart's public pages: WFS fees on Marketplace Learn and WFS pricing, checked 27 October 2026. Walmart can change fees at any time; check those pages if a result looks off.
