Terms and conditions

Last updated 14 October 2026.

These terms cover your use of disputekits.com ("DisputeKit", "we", "us"), which is run by Shubhankar Sharma, India. By using the site or buying anything on it, you accept them.

What we provide

DisputeKit provides self-help tools that build chargeback evidence packs and dispute, complaint and claim letters for merchants and consumers. Free tools are free to use. Paid products and their prices are listed on our pricing page.

Not professional advice

DisputeKit is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice. Card networks, marketplaces, banks, ombudsmen and government agencies decide disputes, so we can't promise any outcome.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information. Our output depends on what you enter.
  • Check deadlines and requirements with the official source before you rely on them, and submit or file everything yourself.
  • Use the site lawfully, and don't misuse, overload or copy it.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we never see your full card details. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout.

Delivery, refunds and cancellations

See our delivery policy and our refund and cancellation policy, which are part of these terms.

Ownership

The site, its text and its software belong to us. Documents you create with it are yours to use for your own matter.

Limits on our liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but rules and deadlines change and we provide it as is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for the outcome of any dispute, appeal, claim or filing, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Privacy

See our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from then on.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most problems are solved by email.
